agreement with the City of Soldotna for a maintenance facility of              
the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.

An Act giving notice of and approving the financing and entry                 
into a lease-purchase agreement for a Soldotna maintenance                     
facility of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
